Richard Sears (then Sares) arrives in Yarmouth.

(ca.) Known as “Richard the Pilgrim,” he is a member of the group of religious dissenters who had moved from England to Holland. He is the great grandfather of “Squire Richard” Sears, who youngest son David moves to Boston in 1770.*
